• Real Money players, who have an open account at any Jackpot Factory casino, may earn one ticket to the lotto for the chance to pick five numbers for every 50 credits deposited and wagered during the weekly promotional period. Tickets are valid for that week’s lotto draw only.
• A player must play a 50 credit deposit for each lotto entry he makes. Any entries that are not accompanied by a valid played deposit will not be eligible. Only the earliest eligible entries made will count in the draw.
• Practice Players ("Visitors"), who have not yet registered a real money account at any Jackpot Factory Casino, but are of legal age to register an account, and do not reside in the United States, are eligible to make one entry only throughout the entire promotion period.

• Prizes will be distributed as follows:

  • 1st Place: Up to 10 players with 5 winning numbers will win a share of 4,000 credits.
  • 2nd Place: Up to 20 players with 4 winning numbers will win a share of 3,000 credits.
  • 3rd Place: Up to 40 players with 3 winning numbers will win a share of 2,000 credits.
  • 1,000 credits in bonuses will be distributed among lucky practice players ("visitors") who submit a winning entry that week.
• If there are more players eligible for a single prize pool than the maximum number of prizes for that prize pool as listed above, the prizes will be distributed in order of highest wagering. The remaining players will move down one prize level. For example, if 11 players match 5 numbers, the player with the lowest wagering will move into the 2nd place prize pool.
• A player may win only one prize per promotional period. In the case of having more than one winning entry, only the one offering the player the highest prize will count.
• Real money players who win a bonus in this promotion will be informed of their win by email and their accounts credited within 24 hours of the live draw.
• Practice play ("visitor") winners will be informed of their win via email and will be requested to register a real account at any Jackpot Factory casino, using that email address, in order for their prize to be deposited into their casino account.
